Mains and Supply Pipe Repairs
At Ubique Ltd we always offer the best solution for you. Our find and fix service offers localised water pipe repairs to your burst water mains or supply pipes. If you believe you have a water leak and it is not visible, the first action to take is leak detection and pipe tracing. Our engineers are trained and experienced in using the latest types of leak detection equipment and listening devices to pinpoint leaks and locate water supply pipes quickly and efficiently so that the necessary repairs can be carried out.
We can carry out repairs to lead, copper, steel, alcathene, MDPE, cast or iron pipes. Once the leak has been pin pointed an excavation is carried out this is usually around 1m square, the pipe will then be repaired and the system recharged and checked for further leakage, if no further leaks are present the area will then be reinstated to match the existing surface. This is a fast and effective solution for a one off fix which will be the cheaper option, however if the main or supply pipe is in a poor condition the repair will only offer a short term fix, it may then be an option to consider a whole pipe replacement.
